Yesterday our very first masterclass took place, with e-invoicing as its theme, and with success! A full house, sharp questions and above all many positive reactions from participants who are ready to take the next step towards digital invoicing.
An interactive conversation with experts in the field
The session was led by our Sales Director Olav de Lange, who interacted with Jimmy Kok from Barentz. As an international organization, Barentz uses all of our modules, with e-invoicing being a major theme within their global credit management.
In addition, Jaap Jan Nienhuis, expert on e-invoicing, shared his vision on the future of digital invoicing within Europe. His message was clear: although 2030 still seems far away, now is the time to take the first steps. Companies that invest now in knowledge and preparation will soon lead the way.
E-invoicing integrated into our software
During the session, we also presented our new link with 4CEE. Thanks to this integration, you will soon be able to see the status of an e-invoice directly in our accounts receivable management software, whether it was approved, when it was approved, and whether any action is still needed.
A valuable extension that provides greater insight, efficiency and control in the credit management process.

The high level of interest shows how timely and relevant this topic is. More and more companies want to be well prepared for the mandatory switch to e-invoicing and the opportunities it brings.
